Around Malaguet Lake

Departure: From the small beach, take the path going left. Enter the meadow and follow the main path. Horses may be grazing, please close the gates after your passage. After crossing the entire community, go up into the woods to the tarmac road. Take it on the right before continuing always on the right towards the village “Le Fournet”.

1. 250m before the first building, turn right. Follow the main path (possibility of going back and forth to the viewpoint over the lake) then until you reach the track.

2. Take it to the right and turn immediately onto the path going down to the right. Keep the main path, cross the two footbridges over the stream and continue 100m to a forest track.

3. Take it on the right (possibility of going back and forth to the lake a little further) then continue until the tarmac road. Go down the road to the right and at the next intersection, turn right again on the road to find the parking lot where the hike starts.
