The St-Aventin Chapel

From the Beauregard-l'Evêque town hall, opposite the departure sign, go left. Turn right onto rue de l’Ecole, then left onto rue du Château. Turn left again on rue du Sauplant until you reach Grand-Rue. Turn right until you reach Place de l’Eglise. Then take rue de la Poste on the right. At the intersection, turn left, then right at the intersection. Turn right again into rue Sous le Château. After 30 m, turn left into the parallel street overlooking (castle). Keep to the right until you reach the belvedere cross (view of the Tour de Courcourt, the Limagne plain, the chain of puys).

(1) Go down the grassy path to the road, follow it to the left. At the T intersection, leave the village on the right. Turn right at the first intersection, left at the second. Go down towards the Jauron stream. Cross the bridge and continue opposite. Cross the agricultural estate of Saint-Pardoux (building with turrets). Leave the road to go up on the first path on the right until you reach a T intersection.

(2) Turn right (view of the Allier) and continue straight ahead(Saint-Aventin chapel). Cross the stream again. Proceed to the second path on the left and take it. Go straight. At the crossroads on the banks of the Allier, go right into the woods. At the fork, turn right. After 50 m, at the T-intersection, turn right and go up towards the exit of the woods. Continue until the intersection.

(3) Then go up to the left. In 50 m, turn right onto the grassy path which leads to the road. Go back left into the village. At the fork, turn right onto Chemin de Chantagret towards the stadium. Go around it on the left. At the crossroads with the Grand-Rue, reach the starting point on the right.
